With offices in Cincinnati, OH, Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC, Predictive Resources has served hundreds of clients since 2013.
Predictive Resources was retained by the bankruptcy trustee in the Life Partners case to provide stochastic and probabilistic portfolio modeling,
life expectancies, longevity updates, IT consulting and other advisory services.

Vincent J. Granieri, Chief Executive Officer
Granieri founded Predictive Resources in May of 2013 after serving as CFO and Chief Actuary for 21st Services for 5 years. He has over 25 years’ experience in life and health insurance, pensions and related fields.
His research on senior mortality has been published and he has served as an expert witness for many clients. He is a strong, results-oriented integrator, who can work among disparate functions to achieve higher profitability
as well as a visible, candid, effective leader. He achieved meaningful results by building winning cultures and teams, often in turbulent and/or changing environments. He has served as the contact point for his organization with
institutional investors, rating agencies and regulators and has worked with venture capital ownership.
Roger Tafoya, Chief Operating Officer / Chief Underwriter
Tafoya brings more than 25 years of insurance, underwriting, and automation
experience to Predictive Resources. He is a recognized leader in the insurance
industry, and is known for innovative solutions, especially related to updating and
integrating new data sources to existing rules engines and predictive models.
Prior to joining Predictive Resources, Tafoya was Head of Underwriting New
Business and Underwriting R&D for MassMutual, where he led ongoing
development of algorithmic underwriting, and partnered with clinicians, data
scientists, vendors, underwriters and claims professionals to use digital health
data to improve mortality, morbidity and longevity accuracy for both pricing and
Gregory P. Heck, Chief Information Officer
Heck has over 20 years of professional programming experience. He is trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt,
and utilizes Lean/Six Sigma methodology
in all aspects of business development
and analysis. Greg is responsible for strategy development and solution architecture focused on data mining and regression analytics. Greg brings a rare skill set to our clients; an accomplished IT professional
who has specialized in financial, statistical, marketing, and end-user systems. Prior
to joining Predictive Resources, Heck was Chief Technology Officer at 21st Services
for over 6 years . Granieri and Heck co-authored a paper on senior longevity
that was presented at the recent Society
of Actuaries’ Living to 100 and
Ryan N. Nelsestuen, Chief Technology Officer
Nelsestuen brings with him over 15 years of professional technology and software development experience. Nelsestuen focuses on key infrastructure management, custom application and software development.
Prior to joining Predictive Resources, Ryan was employed by 21st Services as Director of Information Technology. He previously held senior developer positions at global companies Seagate Technology and Regis Corporation.
